Brugmansias, the newest Scentsation

Donna's Monster White

The name says it all--my friend Donna formerly from Ocean Springs, MS had been growing this old unnamed varietiey in her garden for years, let's keep it growing for her!

This is named "Monster" because it get's huge.  A true white Suaveolens, it is hardy and reliable for loads of blooms and has a beautiful scent.

Cypress Gardens

This beauty often has flushes of 100 or more very fragrant (lily-scented) bells. Perfect size for a pot to keep blooming almost year-round.  I often bring this one into my sunroom to bloom for Christmas!

Star Dancer

Star Dancer was an unusual brug I came across 6 years ago, and was allowed to name her.  Her differences are in the distinct lobed blooms which are very thick, waxy and long lasting, even when cut!  This is another gal that prefers a pot, so put her close to the patio to enjoy her strong minty perfume.

'Star Dancer' X ? seeds are available now.  Limited cuttings available in April.

Golden Lady

Golden Lady is another pot lover. Her very petite blooms (8" long) have the tradional brug scent.  She is a double that will occasionally (usually in late fall) live up to her name showing her gorgeous golden center.

I will have very limited cuttings of her this fall.

KBS

KBS (you don't want to pronounce the name!)

Unusually colored, blooms can be white, ivory, beige or peachy. This one is highly fragrant!

Sorry, no longer available.
